In a move aimed at strengthening regional consulting capabilities, Avant Partners has unveiled its Emerging Consultants Development Initiative, a programme dedicated to mentoring young professionals entering the advisory and strategy sectors.
The initiative combines executive mentorship, real-world project exposure, and structured professional development workshops covering strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation methodologies.
Company leadership described the programme as part of a broader commitment to developing sustainable local expertise within the consulting ecosystem.

Applications for the first intake are expected to open later this quarter, with participation opportunities across Morocco and selected international partner markets.
